Invitation-only access

TBE OS is a private, invitation-only platform for members of The Balanced Engineer community. Access is granted to admitted students, mentors, and staff. Accounts are personal — do not share your login or transfer your account to anyone else.

A respectful community

We expect every member to be respectful, inclusive, and professional. Harassment, discrimination, spam, or any behavior that harms other members has no place here and may result in removal from the platform.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and your contact details accurate.
• Provide truthful information in your profile and applications.
• Use the platform for its intended educational and community purposes.

Intellectual property

The TBE name, logo, and platform are the property of The Balanced Engineer. The content you create and upload remains yours; by adding it to TBE OS you allow us to display it within the platform to deliver the experience (for example, showing your profile to your cohort).

Appropriate use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other members’ data, and do not upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend access where these terms are not met.
