Forgot password
Reset it from the Forgot password page. We’ll email you a secure link — open it on the same device and browser you requested it from.
Didn’t receive your invitation
Check your spam and promotions folders first. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact your TBE administrator so they can re-send your invite to the correct email address.
Profile issues
Trouble uploading a photo, saving changes, or showing up in the directory? Make sure your profile is set to public, then try again. If it persists, let us know what you were doing and we’ll help.
Report a bug
Found something broken? Email support@thebalancedengineer.org with what happened, the page you were on, and a screenshot if you can — it helps us fix it faster.

We want TBE OS to work for everyone. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email support@thebalancedengineer.org and we’ll work with you to find an alternative and improve the platform.
