Where It Started

TBE started with a simple belief:

Talent is everywhere. Opportunity isn’t.

After seeing talented people struggle to access mentorship, practical experience, and professional guidance, our founder created TBE to bridge that gap through community, learning, and opportunity.

Today, we’re starting in Nigeria with a vision to serve learners, professionals, and organizations across Africa and beyond.
