My experiences growing up in Nigeria really shaped my passion for education and helping people access opportunities that can open doors for them. Along the way, I’ve learned that success isn’t just about technical skills it’s also about confidence, communication, leadership, and having people who support you. Operations Manager, TBE Nigeria

Favour Eboigbe is the Operations Manager at The Balanced Engineer (TBE), where she builds the operational infrastructure and systems that connect tech and AI mentors with young engineers. She is also a content strategist and writer with four years of experience across SEO content writing, strategy, and writing coaching, and is currently completing her degree at the National Open University of Nigeria. Alongside her operations work, she has worked with and solved content and communication challenges across industries including tech, e-commerce, legal institutions, and community-building organizations, bringing a versatile, cross-industry perspective to her role. This range now shapes how she designs and runs operations at TBE.
